Manny focuses his practice on both complex commercial, and real estate litigation, and first party insurance claims in state and federal courts.

Manny also represents clients in transactional matters both domestically and internationally and serves as general corporate counsel for many national and regional companies, small businesses and individual clients.

Prior to opening the Firm, Manny served as a Law Clerk for the Magistrate Robert L. Dube of the Southern District of Florida. Manny has achieved AV Preeminent rating from Martindale-Hubble and has been named one of the top lawyers in Florida as published in the Daily Business Review for the years 2015-2022.

Manny is the youngest individual to ever be licensed by National Football League and he previously represented players in contract negotiations with the National Football League. Manny lives with his wife Arlene and their three kids in Cooper City.
